Classic Canines is led by Leanne, a fully qualified dog groomer with over 14 years’ experience and Canine First Aid certification, supported by a skilled team of professional groomers with more than 30 years’ combined experience. On the training side, our academy is supported by Luanne, who brings over 20 years of teaching experience, ensuring our courses are delivered with structure, clarity and genuine industry insight.

Our professional training programmes are designed for those looking to build real-world grooming skills and recognised qualifications. As a City & Guilds approved centre, we offer structured, hands-on training delivered in a working salon environment, with a strong focus on dog welfare, practical competence and long-term career development.

Alongside our grooming and training services, Classic Canines Doggy Day Care provides a safe, structured and nurturing environment, featuring one of the largest indoor play areas in the local area. With a low dog-to-carer ratio, carefully managed play, and rest tailored to each dog’s temperament and energy levels, we offer a calm and enriching day care experience you can trust.
