Cancellation And Payment Policy
Cancellation Policy is 48 hours notice. 24 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee (deposit kept) and on the day or a no show will be charged full price. This is very short notice and are at full loss of income with overheads still to pay when this appointment could of been filled with notice. Repeated cancellations will require full payment for future bookings. Please read Terms and Conditions for full summary.
Cash or card are accepted as payment. Any failed payments will be addressed and Legal action will be taken if necessary.
